Montevideo is Uruguay's only major metropolis. It is the cultural, political and economical center and boasts many monuments, museums and impressive architecture.
Our tour was a panorama of the city. We passed the Graf Spee Monument and stopped at Independence Square. We drove along the river's edge and admired the many new buildings and restaurants along the Rio de la Plata.
